Our partnership with Tides Waterfront Restaurant offers couples the opportunity to host a stunning wedding reception in one of the Sunshine Coast’s premier waterfront venues, with the option of exclusive use or semi-private dining, tailored to suit your guest numbers and vision.

Hold your ceremony just across the road beside the ocean, or choose from a selection of intimate beachside locations only minutes from your Tides wedding reception.

Our team will take care of every detail from your ceremony setup to your reception styling, ensuring everything flows effortlessly while you focus on enjoying your special day. Relax knowing your vision is in expert hands and your celebration will be beautifully coordinated from start to finish.

Tides Waterfront can also serve as your Plan B ceremony location in the event of wet weather, providing a beautiful and comfortable indoor option.

*Please note: this is guest number dependant, and there will be a set time on the day that a decision must be made to utilise the Plan B option due to venue bump-in and staff changeover requirements.

Your fully styled wedding ceremony and reception package Inclusions:

Ceremony:

  • A range of ceremony styling options to select from including white and timber arbours or white flower stands / plinths

  • High quality silk and real touch flower arrangements in a range of colour themes and looks to select from.  We can also organise fresh flowers if you would rather this *this is an upgrade to the package

  • 20 white guest chairs

  • Signing table and chairs

  • Jute aisle runner or petal aisle

  • Personalised wedding welcome sign, include easel

  • 20 fresh petal confetti cones

  • Wedding stylist to set it all up for you and pack down after your ceremony
    Please note: there may be a delivery fee if your ceremony is not in the Caloundra area


Reception:

  • Select from a range of reception table styling to include simple vases of fresh flowers in your colour theme and candles on your dining tables, gift and cake tables.

  • Wedding welcome sign relocated from your ceremony to your reception

  • Stationery Pack to include a seating chart, name place cards, menus (if required) all to match your theme

  • Includes set up and pack down the following day
