  • Full run sheet creation

  • RSVP tracking or guest list guidance

  • Unlimited emails, planning check-ins and Zoom meetings

  • Complete on-the-day coordination with lead planner and assistant

Already started planning but need help tying everything together? We’ll step in, pick up where you’ve left off, and fill in the gaps with care and experience. Perfect for couples who’ve secured a venue and a few suppliers but need help with logistics, timelines, and coordination.

Inclusions:

  • Planning session to assess what’s done and what’s left

  • Supplier gap-filling and liaison

  • Timeline creation and supplier confirmations

  • Styling advice if needed

  • Final planning meeting (2–4 weeks before the wedding)

  • Full on-the-day coordination with lead planner

On The Day Wedding Coordination Service
 
Starts at 4 hours from $895

You’ve planned everything, now hand it over to us to execute! We step in about 4 - 6 weeks out to manage your final logistics, confirm your suppliers, and run the day so you can simply enjoy every moment.

 

Inclusions:

  • Pre-wedding handover meeting

  • Full review of your supplier list and run sheet

  • Liaison with all vendors in the final weeks

  • Run sheet finalisation and timeline management

  • Ceremony and reception coordination on the day

  • 1–2 planners onsite, depending on guest size
    *Additional services can be added including full preparation of your wedding day run sheet - POA

  • *Additional hours beyond your package on the day are charged at $150 per hour and will be invoiced after your wedding.
